Customer Order & Communication
Upon receipt of a purchase order, immediate response acknowledging the customer order is actioned which details critical information such as product part numbers, purchase order numbers, product descriptions, price, delivery dates and lead times.
An order confirmation message is then sent to our customers once an order has been completed, along with a dispatch delivery notice or shipment notification request which details the purchase order in question, items enclosed, courier used for delivery, number of boxes, size and weight of shipment along with tracking numbers for reference.
Good communication with our customers is imperative to ensure a smooth transition from us being a potential new supplier to a customer repeating an order.
