Wire Preparation: Stripping

Wire and cable stripping is another integral factor of the product design.

At Express Assemblies Ltd we specialise in this service and are capable of cutting strip lengths from 1.5mm-250mm on our high speed, high performance automatic wire strip machines.

Our wires are inspected throughout the product cycle to ensure that as the wires are stripped, that no excess insulation has been left, no damage has occurred on the wire jacket or that the inner conductors have been nicked or marked.
